Having a website is new to me and it is something that I have been wanting to establish for a long time.
As my name hints, I love nutritious and delicious food, and my love of food will be a common theme on this website.
I know what you are probably thinking. Ugh, another website created by a cook who loves to be in the kitchen, can make delicious recipes without viewing a cookbook, shares photos of food that make me drool and takes pride in creating snacks that ONLY take 5 hours to prepare. Nope, that is not me. I am NOT a cook, I only like to be in the kitchen if someone is serving me food and I quadruple check recipes before adding even a pinch of salt. But, I do love food. I love eating food, smelling food, sampling new foods, and for that matter, I love free samples of food.
What I want to share on this website are the methods that I, a food lover, raw vegetable hater, and sugar addicted professional eater have found useful for staying healthy. Because, let’s be honest, as good as food tastes, feeling healthy is pretty great too.
I am excited to share my thoughts with the World Wide Web and I am anxious to gather supportive followers out here in cyberspace. I am sure my website will morph in different directions as I develop these pages, but if you stick around you are guaranteed to learn something that will keep you healthy long enough to continue eating cookies when you reach the age of 100!
